To stop Ally, John and Sam propose destroying the portal to the Inverse World to block Ally's people from entering the Earth Prime, but Clark objects, believing that doing so would block the path to the other world to help the vulnerable there.
Clark opts to temporarily release Tal-Rho so the two could combine their power to destroy the pendant.
At the portal, Ally appears and uses a special skill to absorb, i.e. steal, the power of Tal-Rho, then Superman's. The situation is only saved when armored John comes to the rescue, using a static hammer to block Ally away then hold her back. Thanks to that, Clark and Tal-Rho have time to combine their eye beam to destroy the pendant.
When the pendant is destroyed, Ally picks up the pieces of the broken pendant and returns to the reverse world. Tal-Rho also takes the opportunity to flee.
Lois tries to apologize and make up with Lana for not telling Lana the fact that Clark was Superman. Natalie is busy crafting a suit of armor to help Jonathan prevent Jon-El from merging with him. However, it requires energy from X-Kryptonite.
In the reversed world, Ally sucks all the power and also the life energy of this world's Tal-Rho, turning him into a dry corpse.
