Evans reprises his Fantastic Four role as Johnny Storm a.k.a Human Torch in Deadpool & Wolverine but he seems to be more a comedic factor than a heroic one.

After Deadpool and Logan are pruned into the Void, mutant slaves of Nova soon surround them, and at that time, a possible savior appears - Human Torch. In a dirty environment like the Void, we cannot expect Chris Evan blue suit be pristine and polish.
FIRE ON & FIRE OUT
Johnny Storm flies to the sky and turns himself into a torch to attack an enemy. To his unknown, his target is John Allerdyce / Pyro – a mutant who has the ability to manipulate fire also. Then Johnny’s attack works nothing on Pyro, instead he is soon drained of power, and falls freely from the sky with three major painful crashes, the first between his legs, the second on his face and the last on his entire front body.
A few moments later, Johnny’s life ends in a drastic and dramatic way: he is ripped of all his skin and turned into a messy mixture of bones by an angered Nova. Deadpool falsely reveals to Nova the Johnny’s bad words about her, something Johnny never actually did.
The good thing about Chris Evans’s cameo is that we know Human Torch still exists in the Multiverse. If we come to the Void again, maybe a variant of him is still there.
