[WATCH HD]Godzilla Vs. Kong 2021: the ancient ax and Ghidorah-minded MechaGodzilla

The film is set five years after Godzilla killed his extraterrestrial enemy - the three-headed King Ghidorah; Godzilla and Kong appear to be the last active Titans on the Earth's surface. Human's dark plot triggers the fight between the 2 Titans and thereafter between them and a giant robot.

Apex Corporation plots to build a giant Godzilla-styled robot called MechaGodzilla, which is embedded with the neural system of the Ghidorah and equipped with combat skills superior to the real Godzilla. This is the cause of Godzilla's devastating anger and the landslide battles between the two Titans and the biological super robot.

APEX's RUSH FOR THE POWER SOURCE LEADING KING KONG TO THE HOLLOW EARTH

To activate MechaGodzilla, Apex needs to find a new energy source which can be better than the nuclear energy. They believe that this energy source may exist in Hollow Earth - an ancient complete ecosystem located beneath the earth surface. They try to persuade Monarch to bring Kong to this place. The suggestion seems plausible as Skull Island where Kong is residing is badly undergoing climate change. Hollow Earth seems to be the ancient homeland of Kong. Just based on his instincts, Kong, as soon as he sets foot in this place, knows how to find the secret cave of his ancestors, where he finds an ax with a handle made of a giant Titan's bones and blade made from a spine of some Godzilla from the previous generations. Kong puts the ax into an existing matching mold which activates the surrounding powerful energy source for the ax to absorb. However, at that moment, Apex's men accompanying the journey to the Hollow Earth show their true face and use an equipment to relay this energy source to Apex's base to activate MegaGodzilla.

MECHAGODZILLA IS ACTUALLY THE REBORN OF GHIDORAH

MechaGodzilla is not a pure robot, but a biological one whose nervous system comes from Ghidorah, transplanted from a Ghidorah head that Apex's men stole after the epic battle of Godzilla - Ghidorah. After receiving new power from Hollow Earth and when the nerves controller is killed by an electrical pulse, MechaGodzilla operates in his complete autonomy - it is Ghidorah in the form of a robot Godzilla. That explains why in the hand-to-hand match against Godzilla, MechaGodzilla is always one step ahead of the opponent, thoroughly understands its opponent's moves and skills, and overpowers Godzilla easily.

KING KONG'S AX IS SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE CHARGED

What a powerful weapon!

However, despite being nuclear-resistant and extremely solid, the ax cannot become a powerful weapon unless it's charged with full source power.

While on Hollow Earth, Kong does not have the chance to recharged it enough; thus the ax does not help Kong much in the battle against Godzilla. Fortunately, Godzilla himself understands this trick and uses his atomic breathe energize the ax to help Kong in his mortal battle with MechaGodzilla.

Movie Godzilla Vs. Kong 2021: Why they confront and which one would be the winner?

Warner Bros has just released the official trailer for the movie Kong vs Godzilla, scheduled to be premiered in March 2021. The trailer features impressive scenes of the battle between two titans. Viewers are curious about what leads to the confrontation between the two "good-natured" characters, and which one would be the winner.

The cause of the confrontation between Godzilla and Kong

Some theories suggest that Godzilla became the King of Monsters after defeating Ghidorah and making every other monsters bow to him. However, with his temperament, Kong would never bow to anyone, and and the conflict may arise then. However, given the fact of "finding a home for Kong" and "unexpectedly find themselves in the path of an enraged Godzilla", we should probably consider the possibility of other big game players appearing in the show. Many theories talk about the appearance of a so-called MechaGodzilla - a robot Godzilla (like Iron Man) created by a certain dark force trying to kill Godzilla and then rule over other monsters. Confrontation may occur when Godzilla finds Skull Island to destroy MechaGodzilla, while Kong is angry at seeing his homeland devastated then fighted back. Or maybe Kong's main enemy is MechaGodzilla, instead of Godzilla.

Godzilla and Kong - which one is stronger?

With seemingly similar body dimensions, Kong has the advantages of agility, flexibility, strength, intelligence, and the ability to turn situations. Godzilla has the powerful weapons of the nuclear fire breathe, a powerful tail, and tough armor. Kong's forte is on land, Godzilla's forte is underwater. In the trailer just shown, we see that Kong overpowers the Big G in many scenes: Kong's mountain-like fist upon the face of Godzilla, Kong quickly escapes Godzilla's nuclear fire; And in another breathtaking scene, Kong shields the fire with his ax and slams it straight to the opponent's head. However, blockbuster trailers often keep the most impressive details hidden, so there will be unexpected twists in battle - perhaps multiple rounds and at different battlefields. Which one is stronger then is still a question mark. Another interesting point in the trailer is the appearance of some monsters that we have never seen in previous battles. Perhaps some mysterious force deliberately awakens a new class of monsters, which side the would stand by is unclear, but they are definitely in direct confrontation with Kong.

While we wait for Kong Vs Godzilla to come, let's watch again "Godzilla: The King of Monsters".

The moving sacrifice of Mothra was key to Godzilla's victory over Ghidorah

At first, Ghidorah beated Godzilla with all his three heads, making the dinosaur fall down. Godzilla then breathed the blue flame to push Ghidorah away. Mothra casted a blast just in time, making Ghidorah's heads stuck to the building.

...Overwhelming Ghidorah, Mothra was going to make another blast to end the battle but Rodan showed up and attacked her. She was seriously burnt by Rodan's thermal power obsorbed from years living under the volcanos, but managed to escape the deadly bites.




Cleverly she defeated him by piercing her leg through his chest unexpectedly, making him fall down from top of the building and be absent from the battle since then.

The balance changed when the dragon obsorbed the mass lectric power and got much stronger, knocked out Godzilla and brougt him up  the sky to be dropped down deadly.

When Ghidorah was going to end the powerless Godzilla laying on the ground, heavily-wounded Mothra sacrifed herself to save him. Her lifeforce dust fell down and was obsorbed by Godzilla, feeding him with energy to him for the later recovery. It was her energy resurrected him and empowered him.




Godzilla then turned himself into a furnaced form, defeated the dragon with deadly blasts, obviously in the wing-shaped energy typical of Mothra.

In the credits of the movie, we saw an article titled "MONARCH FINDS MASSIVE EGG". Could giant insect egg be a second
Mothra or something else?

So, we have the reason to hope that Mothra would come back in future Godzilla movies ....

Godzilla – King of Monsters God Rays as New Weapon of Mothra

Fairy tales tell of a winged creature of blinding light, an angel of the clouds whose god-like luminescence has the power to shatter the sky. Her name is Mothra.
